This morning we hooked up and left New Mexico
and drove to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
We arrived at 3 PM and after unhooking we went to visit a few
breweries. The first stop was almost
across from the RV park. Rocky Mountain
Brewery also has a homebrew shop. They
have a beer that is almost as good as New Glarus’ Wisconsin Belgian Red. Then we had dinner and a taster of 6 beers
at Bristol Brewing Ivywild School. The
last time we were here the brewery was in a smaller place. They purchased a 1916 elementary
school. It has a coffee shop,
restaurant and shops in it. There are
also two large outdoor seating areas.
The last stop today was Cerberus Brewing. Jim had a beer but I didn’t want one. We returned to the Casita and we got the blog ready to
update. Kim and Steve went back to our
house and fixed the sensor that fell off and checked all of the other
ones. They also screwed them into place
so none of us would get any middle of the night phone calls. We owe them big time for this!
