9/3/18 - Yakima, WA

We left camp today and drove to Yakima, Washington.  We got a campsite on the Yakima River at the BLM Big Pines Campground.  We stayed here one night in 2010.  We got into a first come first served site and then went to Yakima Brewing and Hop Nation Brewing. At Yakima Brewing they served their pints in glasses that filled from the bottom in order not to waste beer that foams too much when poured from the top.  We had never seen this before.  We talked with a man at the bar who gave us some tips on breweries in the area.  When he left he gave us a beer out of a six pack he bought there.  Tonight Jim grilled Tri-Tip steak for us.
