10/3/18 - Lone Pine, CA

We didn’t do anything today.  This morning we left camp and drove to Lone Pine, California.  We have also been through this route before so we didn’t make any stops and drove straight to our camp on BLM land at the foot of the Alabama Hills.  It rained off and on all the way here.  Because it was raining we didn’t even unhook the F-150 from the Casita.  If you want to see photos from this area when it was clear, go to our blog entry from 2013 here.
