8/19/18 - La Pine, OR

We left Bend today and drove to La Pine, Oregon.  We got a campsite at La Pine State Park.  This site only has a 20 amp connection so we can’t use the air conditioner.  But that shouldn’t be a problem -- it has been cooler during the day and chilly at night.  Today we took a drive to the national forest to look at campgrounds.  Jim grilled for us tonight.  In the evening, I noticed there was a buzzing, sizzling sound coming from one of the Casita rear running lights.  We took the cover off and the light bulb out but we couldn’t determine why it was making noise.  We will have to get a trailer store to replace it.  It runs off DC so we think it will be okay to wait to fix it.  I wanted to watch the last show of  “Shades of Blue” on TV.  It comes on later here than in Houston.  During a commercial at 15 till 11, I got up to take out my contacts and stepped in water in the aisle of the Casita.  We have a leak somewhere.  We had to sop up all the water with the towels we had in the trailer.  Jim disconnected the water hose from the Casita.  I finished watching the show and we went to bed.
