9/17/18 - Olympic National Park, WA

This morning the sun was shining brightly!  We drove back to the visitors center on Hurricane Ridge Road.  Then we hooked up the Casita and drove to Mora campground in Olympic National Park.  After getting a site we drove to Rialto Beach a couple of miles down the road on the Pacific Ocean.  This beach shore is made of lots of rocks instead of sand and there are lots of washed up trees on it also.  It sure makes for a pretty scene.  Out in the ocean are a few small rocky islands.  Then we drove to La Push and went to First Beach.  This part of the area is a Quileute Indian Reservation.  We went to the Rivers Edge Restaurant and had some garlic fries and a couple of beers while looking out at the water and the seagulls.  Jim bought us a marionberry cobbler with ice cream to take back with us. Jim worked on the blog pictures from today.
